  • Gather data requirements and support the design, build, and implementation of solutions and infrastructure that align with ARIA’s strategic objectives and priorities.

ROLE SUMMARY

Our team’s mission is to enable ARIA to scale and innovate through the implementation and use of first-class technologies and systems and data-driven insights. The Data & Insights Associate will support ARIA’s internal systems and data landscape.
This role is responsible for executing on the design, implementation, and optimisation of data infrastructure, tooling, and reporting solutions. You’ll work closely with team members and stakeholders to deliver user-centric tools, insightful reporting, and streamlined workflows. This role requires a blend of technical execution and problem-solving to help ARIA scale and innovate.

To thrive in this role, you demonstrate:

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional needs and business priorities.
  • Proficiency in supporting solution architecture and engineering, with a focus on building, integrating, and maintaining tools, gathering feedback, and driving adoption of solutions.
