We are seeking a versatile Data & Insights Developer who can bridge the gap between raw data and business decision-making. This hands-on role combines core responsibilities of data modeling, dashboard design, and user collaboration—supporting the development of scalable, reliable insights from our data lake infrastructure. Working closely with FP&A and operations, this role will help build intuitive reporting and lay the groundwork for future AI and predictive analytics.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of combined experience in data modeling, Power BI development, or related analytics roles.
• Strong SQL and Power BI skills, including DAX and tabular modeling.
• Understanding of dimensional modeling, semantic layers, and business KPI design.
• Solid visual design sense and a practical approach to building for usability and performance.
• Strong communication skills; ability to translate technical details into business context.
• Bonus: experience with dbt, Azure stack (Data Factory, Synapse), or basic forecasting models.

• Transform raw data into clean, structured datasets optimized for business reporting.
• Build and maintain semantic models and datasets in Power BI, ensuring they align with business definitions and KPI frameworks.
• Design and develop dashboards that are visually clear, intuitive, and aligned with user needs.
• Work with stakeholders in finance and operations to gather requirements and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
• Establish and uphold standards for data model documentation, dashboard layout, and performance.
• Support adoption of self-service analytics by ensuring usability and consistency across reports.
• Collaborate with in-house team members to share workload and ensure continuity.
