Job Description We are looking for a curious and motivated Data & Insights Intern to support our Customer and Operations teams with data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning raw data into clear insights and actionable stories that influence day-to-day business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across teams, helping improve visibility into key metrics, ensure data quality, and support operational excellence initiatives. Data Analysis & Insights Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Looker (or similar BI tools) Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders Apply data storytelling techniques to present insights clearly using visual tools Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency Apply data quality checks and proactively flag data issues Explore and support the application of advanced analytics and AI techniques to uncover actionable insights Qualifications Technical Skills Strong foundation in data analysis and basic statistics Proficiency in Excel and or Google Sheets Interest in advanced analytics, AI, and predictive modeling Strong interest in data visualization and storytelling Nice to have Experience with SQL for data querying Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) Soft Skills Clear communication skills (technical & non-technical audiences) Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Problem-solving mindset Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Customer-centric and impact-driven attitude Additional Information What we offer A friendly, diverse, and international team Paid Full time internship Fridays we have reduced working hours.
