We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Data Insights Manager to lead our data analytics initiatives and drive actionable business insights. This role is responsible for transforming complex data into clear, impactful insights that support decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and business savvy, with experience managing a team and working with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.

DATA INSIGHTS MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• 2+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Advanced knowledge of SQL; experience with Python or R is a plus.
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of delivering insights that drive business performance.
