This role focuses on integrating data from diverse source systems into our modern platforms—including the Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Mesh, and ODS—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and usability. You’ll work closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements, profile source systems, and design data flows that meet operational and strategic needs. From documenting metadata and transformation logic to creating test cases and validating data quality, you’ll help deliver trusted data for the entire organization. What You’ll Do Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into data solutions. Profile source systems and understand data models to design efficient integrations. Document metadata, transformation rules, and lineage for transparency and compliance. Develop and execute test cases to validate data quality and integrity. Build and maintain automated processes for data validation and reporting. Collaborate with end users to ensure delivered data meets business needs. Stay ahead of trends in modern data stack, AI, and automation to drive innovation. What We’re Looking For 2+ years experience or strong academic background with SQL and Python skills. 2+ years in data analysis, integration, or related areas. 2+ years with leadership in projects or mentoring others. Bachelor’s degree in data, analytics, business, or related field. Technical Skills: Advanced SQL for data profiling, transformation, and testing/validation. Python for automation and process improvements. Exposure to modern data stack tools such as dbt, Databricks, and GCP. Familiarity with AI concepts and prompt engineering is a plus. Business Skills: Strong ability to gather requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and document processes. Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
