JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer / Database Analyst with Microsoft Certified: Customer Data Platform Specialty credentials to lead and support advanced data integration, migration, and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Power Query, Microsoft Dataverse, the Common Data Model (CDM), and the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong track record of consolidating data from disparate systems into a unified customer data platform.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Expert-level experience with Power Query (M Language), Microsoft Dataverse, and Common Data Model.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and relational/dimensional database design.
• Experience with data ingestion, mapping, and transformation across diverse data sources (e.g., SQL Server, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Oracle, flat files, APIs).

EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or senior-level database programming roles.
• Demonstrated success in migrating and integrating multiple disparate systems into unified platforms.
• Familiarity with customer segmentation, identity resolution, and CDP best practices.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Data Factory.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (CDP).
• Knowledge of data governance, data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), and master data management (MDM).
• Experience with AI/ML integrations and advanced customer analytics.

• Ensure high data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout all stages of the integration process.
