Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the day-to-day execution activities and meetings Examines and evaluates project status, including identifying potential risks and issues that need escalation or change and proposing solutions to project leads Determines appropriateness, and guides revisions/refinement of presentation content and materials for Governance forums Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program / project, and associated dependencies. Allocate / coordinate work within team or project group Support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems, and by interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines or processes Liaises with multiple Data teams/departments, and serve as subject matter for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes Independently conducts analysis and executes tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance and taxonomy Develops and articulates business requirements and maps current and future state processes Contributes tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions working with Technology and Operations and other support organizations Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives 6+ years experience of business analysis with historic success in shaping opportunities via conceptual thinking and abstract problem-solving capabilities 6+ years experience with negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across a variety of stakeholders at different levels 4+ years of experience with Data analysis 4+ years relevant experience in Banking or Finance preferred Experience in managing and implementing successful projects Ability to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience Change Management, Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, Emerging Tools and Technologies, Internal Controls, IT Implementation and Integration, Management Reporting, Program Management, Risk Management. ------------------------------------------------------ For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter. ------------------------------------------------------ Anticipated Posting Close Date: Dec 19, 2025 ------------------------------------------------------
