We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Data Integration Lead to direct a high-performing team of analysts in designing, developing, and managing both new and existing data interfaces. This role blends leadership, technical expertise, and operational excellence to ensure seamless data exchange processes that align with organizational goals and elevate business outcomes.
You will be responsible for building structure, optimizing workflows, and driving measurable efficiencies across data integration efforts. Acting as both a leader and a problem-solver, you’ll navigate challenges, remove blockers, and ensure your team delivers impactful, high-quality solutions that support both internal and external stakeholders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years in a Payor, Health Plan, Health System, or Provider organization.
  • 5+ years working with EDI and data interfaces.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing people and processes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Deep expertise in EDI & ANSI X12 healthcare transactions (834, 837, etc.).
  • Proven experience with non-standard transaction implementations.
  • Background in claims administration systems (HealthRules Payer strongly preferred).
  • Hands-on experience establishing new data interfaces, including mapping and transport.
  • Proficiency in SQL and JSON.
  • Track record of defining and executing application strategies and roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving operational issues.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
