Tasks

• Receipt and registration of sample material for clinical trials and reference studies
• Processing data queries
• Monitoring and tracking of workflows related to samples within clinical trials and other similar projects
• Preparation and follow-up of evaluations
• Documentation of the results of pathological assessments
• Plausibility checks and preparation of re-evaluations
• Managing contact lists
• Data entry and database maintenance
• Preparation for sample shipment
• Communication with study teams and study centers
• Collaboration with project management and other departments within the Tissue Biomarker Services division

qualification

• Training as a foreign language secretary or comparable commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge in the field
• Natural sciences or clinical studies are advantageous.
• Good knowledge of computer systems
• Teamwork skills
