ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Data Integrity Analyst to join our close-knit team, providing an exceptional blend of professional growth and flexibility. As an integral member of the Data Integrity Team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Bega Group, spearheading the management of data creation, modification, and maintenance processes. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring adherence to data standards and facilitating seamless reporting while upholding an exemplary data hygiene and integrity standard.
Reporting to the Data Integrity Team Leader, you will become an integral part of the Data Integrity Team managing data in accordance with the data standards across Customer, Materials and Vendors. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating expertise in Master Data and a proactive approach to process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administration and processing Master Data workflow and change requests.
• Oversee Master Data Management processes whilst maintaining governance for customers, suppliers and materials.
• Ensuring data integrity is upheld and meeting business rules, compliance, and internal audit requirements by ensuring the change management process is strictly maintained.
• Working with internal customers to ensure our data is accurate per prescribed data rules and standards.
• Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of business data rules, standards, and procedures.
