Who you are: You seek to support Lakepointe Church's mission by helping ensure the accuracy and reliability of ministry data. You demonstrate skills needed to keep member, volunteer, and donor information organized, secure, and up to date. You display a strong attention to detail, enjoy working with data, and desire to serve the church through excellence in administration and stewardship. What you'll do: Perform data entry, cleanup, and validation across church management systems. Review records for accuracy, completeness, and duplication. Assist with data audits and produce routine reports for ministry teams. Support staff and volunteers by answering data-related questions and providing training on data standards. Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff. Prepare and maintain lists for communication, events, and donor acknowledgements. Ensure all information is handled with confidentiality and security in mind. Help with data imports, exports, and integrations as directed. Contribute ideas to improve data processes and documentation.
