This role requires the postholder to work within and organise the Payments Team to provide a full administrative and financial role delivering a modern, effective, customer focused, payments support service. The focus is to support the AACCC Practitioners after the eligibility assessment process, with financial reconciliation and query management. They will also be a point of contact and maintain relationships with local care providers and other stakeholders. This will include complex administrative and financial tasks relating to AACCC including Adult CHC funding, Childrens Continuing Care funding, Personal Health Budgets including Direct Payments, Joint Funding Arrangements including Funded Nursing Care (FNC) payments
