(DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Data Integrity Specialist (Auditing & Cleanup) to ensure accuracy and integrity of company data, perform data audits, and correct inconsistencies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled at handling large datasets. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively. Key Responsibilities Billing & Accounts Processing Audit existing data for accuracy and completeness. Identify and correct inconsistencies or errors in databases. Maintain updated and organized records. Compliance & Reporting Assist in preparing data integrity reports for management review. Ensure compliance with internal data policies and regulatory standards. Support audits and validation processes. Cross-Department Coordination Collaborate with finance, operations, and data teams. Ensure data integrity procedures align with company policies and industry standards. Required Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in data auditing, quality control, or related roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management tools. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in government contracting or defense-related data management. Familiarity with data quality tools and audit procedures. Core Competencies Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Ensure data is accurate and compliant. Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with team members. Problem-Solving: Address data discrepancies proactively. Time Management: Handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Work Environment Professional office environment (or hybrid/remote if applicable). May require occasional travel. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance may be required.
