You will develop and maintain a data analytics and a learning analytics dashboard as an Data & Learning Analytics Intern under NLB Academy. [What you will be working on] You will develop and maintain a data analytics dashboard that captures training uptake, utilisation, and outcomes across NLB's learning programmes. You will also be responsible for cleaning and integrating data from multiple sources, establishing quality control processes, and creating automated reporting mechanisms for management decision-making. The role involves conducting in-depth analysis to identify training effectiveness patterns, identify future learning needs, and generate actionable insights to improve programme delivery. You will design user-friendly visualisations and interactive features that enable stakeholders to explore training metrics and trends independently. In addition, you will provide ongoing analytical support, create standardised reports for different audiences, and ensure the sustainability of data-driven planning processes within NLB's training ecosystem. [What we are looking for] We are looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical skills and experience in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) who can transform complex training data into meaningful insights and user-friendly dashboards. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in data cleaning and analysis techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R), along with the ability to communicate findings effectively to diverse stakeholders across the organisation. We seek someone who is detail-oriented, proactive in identifying process improvements, and passionate about using data to drive evidence-based decision-making in learning and development.
