As the car rental business is working at a fast pace, we have to keep up the status in order to maintain the lead in the Car Rental field. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Loading Specialist to join our growing team in our offices in Heraklion, Crete. As a Data Loading Specialist (Entry-Level), you will be responsible for assisting with the ingestion, processing, and validation of data into our systems. You will work closely with our Data Loading team to ensure data is accurately loaded and organized in our systems. As a member of EconomyCarRentals.com and CarFlexi.com YOU will be the connecting point of the Car Rental world. The position will be available from the beggining-middle of January 2026. Excellent command of both written and spoken English Excellent communication skills, and comfort in business email communication, Good knowledge of computer and internet skills. Daily updates and management of data within our system. Ensure data is entered with precision and accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve any data inconsistencies. Collaborate with team members to maintain data integrity. Mandatory to be located in Greece with the needed working permit documents for Greece. Applications from abroad or without the needed documents will be rejected. It would be an asset if you have: Previous work experience, especially in the field of Travel/Tourism. Excellent communication skills. After your training period (paid) you will be: Daily updates and management of data within our system. Ensure data is entered with precision and accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve any data inconsistencies. Register relevant information to the company's IT platform. Identify opportunities to provide information that customers may require at a later stage.
