About the Role We’re seeking a skilled technical engineer with hands-on experience in Linux, Windows, Cloud Infrastructure, and Data Loss Prevention tools/techniques to join our growing security team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management activities of the Data Loss Prevention environment. This includes overlooking required infrastructure (together with the company’s Cloud Support teams) as well as DLP application-level configuration and management. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys challenging technical work, has knowledge of Linux, Windows, modern Cloud environments, and has experience in Data Loss Prevention (techniques). Key Responsibilities Maintain and extend NXPs existing DLP environment Work with NXPs Cloud Support teams for infrastructure related activities Provide support in DLP policy implementations to the policy owners Support troubleshooting together with end-users, desktop management teams, and policy owners Implement changes on DLP application level Plan and implement DLP patching and upgrades (server side / client side) Manage client-side deployments (together with the company’s desktop support teams) Ensure correct monitoring, follow-up, and resource management Patch validation and reboot schedules Vendor engagement in case of changes and/or incidents Keep application / environment documentation up to date Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills Solid understanding of Linux, Windows, Networking (topologies, tcp/ip, firewall rules, …) Knowledge of modern Cloud Environments (Virtual Machines, Load-Balancers, Security Groups, Storage, …) Experience in using Data Loss Prevention tools and/or techniques Hands-on experience in application / infrastructure level support in enterprise environments Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-driven, curious, and proactive Effective time management across multiple engagements Professional client-facing demeanor Eager to maintain and update application environment documentation Nice to Have Hands-on experience in: software installations / upgrades on Linux & Windows creating / running ansible playbooks Knowledge of software deployments in enterprise environments Experience with enterprise Data Loss Prevention tools What we Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Annual training and certification budget Exposure to diverse real-world testing engagements Collaborative and highly technical security team Growth opportunities toward Senior / Lead roles Who Should Apply You’ll be a great fit if you: Have progressed beyond junior-level Enjoy full-stack responsibility from OS to functional application level Feel comfortable managing larger scale application deployments and management Are eager to always improve the environment you’re responsible for Stay curious and enjoy keeping up with modern technologies More information about NXP in India... #LI-29f4 NXP Semiconductors N.V.
