What do you bring?

  • Social intelligence: You connect with all levels of the organisation — from engineers and project managers to senior directors.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset: You understand both the long-term impact of decisions and the day-to-day operational that matter.
  • Communication and facilitation: You are confident in giving presentations, facilitating workshops, and writing impactful management proposals.
  • A master’s degree in system thinking, behavioural sciences, or a related field, preferably with knowledge of technical asset-related processes.
  • Experience in strategy implementation and acting as a sparring partner for senior management.
  • Skilled in structuring analyses and stakeholder engagement, and familiar with grid infrastructure organisations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Familiarity with data quality frameworks such as DAMA DMBOK is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Implementing the “Fix the Data” programme – You will manage the implementation of governance on data delivery across the organisation.
  • Managing data-related investigations – Lead deep-dive analyses into structural issues in data delivery throughout the asset chain.
  • Rolling out the Data Issue Management process – As implementation manager, you will operationalise a new process to identify and resolve data issues structurally.
  • Reporting and improvement – Lead the development of reporting frameworks for regulatory compliance (e.g. ACM) and drive the necessary improvements to achieve compliance
