Job Description BryceTech is currently looking for a Data Management Analyst. This position will be supporting Capability Program Executive Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (CPE CBRND) which manages our Nation’s investments in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) defense equipment and medical countermeasures (MCMs). The Person in this role will require: Experience managing data transformation and software development within the DoD. Extensive experience managing digital information at an Army acquisition organization and creating processes and digital tools for usage to manage data across a Command. Extensive background in the chemical and biological defense program with past experience in CBRN strategy, operations planning and leadership is required. Must have a wide range of government and commercial DoD experience including extensive experience with Army acquisition programs. Support digital transformation efforts by assisting with the implementation and user adoption of data analytics and visualization tools, including providing technical support, preparing training materials, and helping integrate tools into existing workflows. Provide liaison and coordination support between the Office of the Chief Engineer and the Chief Data Office by facilitating communication, scheduling meetings, documenting outcomes, and assisting with alignment activities related to the organization's data strategy. Use data management tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Lists to assist in organizing workflows, tracking tasks, and supporting operational improvements that enhance efficiency. Support the facilitation of the Technology Council by assisting with agenda development, conducting background research, preparing talking points, documenting meeting outcomes, and implementing approved updates into OCE processes and JPEO CBRND programs Qualifications The experience and certification requirements listed below are essential to successfully perform the tasks above: 10 years of experience in Data Management, operations research, software development and/or Artificial Intelligence development. Master’s degree in engineering, operations research, science or business. Responsibilities
