SUMMARY:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

SUMMARY:

The Data Management Analyst contingent resource: Covers jobs that drive oversight, governance, and management of critical data to support business needs, initiatives, and strategies. Consult with data product, data integrity, technology, and business partners to set standards, policies and practices for data flow, data framework, data access, documentation, quality and remediation. This sub-family is specific to contingent resources.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience
• Candidates must have experience requirements gathering and data analysis. Needs to be a self-starter. Ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong understanding of the requirements analysis lifecycle, Data analysis, Financial experience and strong foundational RDBMS expertise. The emphasis is on business and data analysis, as opposed to a technology skillset (developers, DBS, etc.).
• Additional responsibilities may include data management, data lineage/metadata, data controls; experience in data control governance; data defect/issue/deficiency remediation; documenting data flows/process flows
• Work effort coordination/management experience, current process assessment and improvement experience
• Experience writing business requirements as JIRA stories, working in agile environment
• Strong data profiling and data analytics
• Strong SQL writing experience (joins, unions, sub-queries)
• Experience understanding pseudo SQL code and reverse engineer them to write tech requirement

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Data Management.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
• Strategically engage and provide expertise to the banks senior leadership on innovative Data Management business solutions
