REQUIREMENTS:

• Great knowledge and hands on practise in SAP (MDS will be a great assset)
• Knowledge of the materials transactios for material creation/change/deletion, (mm01,mm02,mm03,mm17)
• Knowledge of tables transaction se16n/se16/sqvi
• Job related knowledge – what is material, what data material can cointain, types of materials, what it is info record and how to create this
• LSMW is a huge plus
• Knowledge how to write guidelines or operating procedures (experience with this is a plus)Expieriens 4 -5 years in Master Data Materials domain

• Supports Team Leader by coordinating tasks’ assignment within the team and assisting with more complex assignments
• Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines including workload coordination
• Utilize analytical skills and interests to analyze and interpret complex data sets
• Coordinate MDM month-end close activities and reporting (depending on the business needs) such as: prices, monthly reports for procurement, quarterly reports for finance
• Exhibit independent thinking and make informed decisions related to master data management
• Maintains and coordinates Master Data updating and cleaning
• Acts as a reviewer for more complex processes
• Processes more complex transactions and ad hoc reports within the Finance Teams
• Coordinates accuracy and compliance checks
• Develop and maintain guidelines for master data management processes
• Provides training to new team members to ensure understanding and adherence to guidelines.
• Maintains good professional relationships with other team members, stakeholders, and external partners including consulting on improvement projects
• Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude towards work and challenges
• Participates in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team
