Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire a Data Management Analyst to join this team. The analyst will help in developing data lineage flows, designing databases and data taxonomies, defining data elements and concepts for end-users, optimizing data use across models and tools, and supporting data migration to a modern, cloud-based infrastructure.

  • Develop and implement data usage strategies to optimize data quality, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform prioritisation of digital enablement.
  • Establish data governance practices, including data standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with partners to determine the data required to deliver the target state service solution, and map the end-to-end data lineage.

  • Collaborate with our learning and process teams to develop data training, communication plans and roll-out plans for key data and technology changes
