Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst whose primary focus will be the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps), aimed at process automation, operational improvement, and platform standardization. In addition, this role will actively support data harmonization processes, advanced analytics, data structure design, and ETL workflows, contributing to the generation of reliable insights and data-driven decision-making. This position combines automation, data management, and BI, working cross-functionally with both technical and business teams. Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. • Develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Apps. • Integrate Power Platform solutions with databases, APIs, Dataverse, and cloud services. • Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows and Power Apps solutions. • Apply artificial intelligence tools and techniques to support data standardization processes. • Design and maintain efficient and scalable database structures. • Lead improvements to automated processes to increase operational efficiency. • Oversee the systematization of platforms to enhance project and product delivery. • Perform advanced data analysis using ETL techniques. • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful and actionable insights. • Oversee the automation of reporting processes using Power Automate, Power BI, and connected technologies. • Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects effectively and efficiently. • Resolve complex technical and analytical problems quickly and accurately. Requirements · Preferred: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power Apps. · Proven ability to build, troubleshoot, and optimize automated workflows and low-code applications. · Experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with data sources and cloud-based tools. · Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). · Experience working with data, artificial intelligence methodologies, mathematical models, and/or large-scale data processing. · Strong expertise in database design, analysis, and optimization. · Practical knowledge of SQL Server, Azure Data Tools, and cloud data technologies. · Excellent Python skills for data analysis and automation. · Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional projects. · Demonstrated skills in innovation, continuous improvement, and self-learning. · Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and emerging technologies. · High attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracy.
