Description

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities * Create new vendor records in ERP systems. * Maintain and update vendor master data * Review and validate vendor onboarding documents, such as: * Business registration / certificates * Tax identification (WHT, SST, VAT, GST, etc.) * Bank confirmation letters or voided checks * Vendor request / onboarding forms * Perform validation and accuracy checks before setup per company policy. * Liaise with procurement, AP, legal, tax, and business requesters. * Communicate issues, rejections, or missing documents clearly and professionally. * Support audit requests (internal and external) related to vendor master data. * Maintain vendors master SOPs and control documentation. * Perform vendor verification audit * Ensure vendor data consistency across systems and modules.
