(DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Data Management Coordinator to support the data management department in maintaining databases, ensuring data integrity, and supporting reporting processes. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage data workflows efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively. Key Responsibilities Billing & Accounts Processing Maintain and update databases in a timely manner. Ensure accurate data entry and system updates. Monitor data quality and consistency across systems. Compliance & Reporting Assist in the preparation of data reports for management review. Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards. Help with audits and support reporting processes. Cross-Department Coordination Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams. Ensure data procedures align with company policies and industry standards. Required Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in data management or data entry roles. Proficiency in database systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in government contracting or defense-related data systems. Familiarity with data governance tools. Core Competencies Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in data management and reporting. Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with team members. Problem-Solving: Address data discrepancies proactively. Time Management: Handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Work Environment Professional office environment (or hybrid/remote if applicable). May require occasional travel. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
