Join our WorkSafely™ team as a Data Management & COR® Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in supporting companies across Manitoba in achieving and maintaining COR® Certification, managing our data systems, and keeping vital safety resources on track.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can balance administrative accuracy with technical systems management.
What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Support COR® Certification – Coordinate all aspects of the COR® Certification process, including audit tracking, data entry, issuing certificates and Letters of Good Standing, and liaising with companies throughout their certification journey.
  • Maintain Data & CRM Systems – Manage and optimize the WorkSafely CRM, ensuring data accuracy, creating dashboards and reports, supporting workflow automation, and providing training for staff.
  • Oversee Inventory & Resources – Manage inventory of safety training materials, construction signs, decals, and customer packages, working with suppliers to ensure resources are stocked and delivered efficiently.
  • Coordinate WCB Incentive Program – Track and communicate requirements with eligible companies, helping them access available incentives.
  • Provide Administrative & Member Support – Deliver excellent customer service, assist colleagues with administrative and technical needs, and support leadership with planning, data analysis, and special projects.

What You Bring

  • A degree or diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience in administration, data/CRM coordination, or certification/compliance-related roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Zoho experience an asset).
  • Experience with data analytics, workflow automation, and process optimization.
  • A detail-focused, self-motivated mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle (occasional travel may be required).
