REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of Data Management, Business Research, Analytics, or Project Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 4+ years of management or leadership experience

• 4 + years in a leadership or management role overseeing data teams and infrastructure

• Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Certifications such as PMP, AWS Certified Data Analytics, or CIPP are a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
