We’re looking for a proactive and driven Data Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge data management technologies and contribute to impactful projects. You will gain hands-on experience in data modelling, ETL processes, and data analysis, supporting key business decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with practical experience in R and Python programming.
• Basic familiarity with Excel data modelling tools (Power Query M, DAX, Power Pivot).
• Ability to execute and troubleshoot existing R and Python scripts.
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn complex data processes.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.

• Develop and maintain robust data models using Power Query M, DAX, and Power Pivot in Excel and Power BI.
• Leverage ChatGPT for programming enhancements and operational efficiencies (ChatGPT Plus experience a plus).
• Participate in the refinement and execution of ETL processes to ensure data integrity and cleanliness.
• Execute, review, and debug R and Python scripts for preliminary data analysis and preparation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data support for enterprise-wide decision-making.
• Proactively develop skills in data visualization and analytical methodologies for business intelligence.
• Provide administrative support, including organizing meetings and distributing summaries.
