POSITION OVERVIEW:
Join our Performance and Planning team within Global Operations as a key contributor supporting one of TELUS Digital’s largest and most strategic call center accounts. Reporting to the Manager of Business and Market Intelligence, you’ll be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable business insights that drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making.
In this dynamic role, as a senior team member, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, leading requirements gathering sessions and facilitating prioritization discussions. You’ll harness the power of call center and customer data to uncover compelling insights, craft visually stunning and actionable dashboards, and revolutionize data delivery through intelligent automation and streamlined processing workflows.
