• Hands-on experience defining data quality measures , addressing missing or inconsistent data, and reducing latency.
• Familiarity with data catalogs, retention policies, and data architecture alignment .
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work across multiple functions and influence change.
• Comfortable supporting AI/analytics initiatives with structured, well-governed data.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Data Manager with strong manufacturing experience to lead and execute data governance and management initiatives within our Manufacturing Data Domain. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality, well-governed data to support enterprise digital manufacturing solutions, AI/ML, and Gen AI use cases. The position balances data management strategy (60%) with hands-on support for analytics and AI initiatives (40%).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define, implement, and maintain data governance practices , including retention policies and data catalog management.
• Align data architecture and quality standards with enterprise digital initiatives.
• Drive change management across the manufacturing data domain, ensuring adoption of governance practices.
• Collaborate with Fab users, IT teams, and data scientists to support business and analytical needs.
• Participate in building domain-specific councils and establishing additional governance structures.
• Support AI/ML and Gen AI use cases by providing high-quality, structured, and accessible data.
