ABOUT YOU:

As a Data Manager at Creative Education Trust, you’ll be at the heart of how we use data to drive improvement across our schools. Working closely with the Head of Data Strategy, Data Analyst and school-based Data Managers, you’ll lead the development of systems and processes that ensure accurate, timely, and insightful data collection and analysis. Our ideal candidate will:
· Have strong knowledge of education data systems and analysis methods
· Be confident in interpreting complex data and presenting it clearly to diverse audiences
· Be highly organised, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple data streams
· Build collaborative relationships across schools and central teams to support data capability
· Be educated to degree level, or equivalent work experience

Job Title: Data Manager
Location: Home-based with occasional travel to London Head Office and Schools within the trust
Salary: £37,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
