About the role Lead and optimise data capture processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance across clinical and non-clinical data. Collaborate with clinicians and operational teams to improve data quality, provide training, and ensure correct application of classification frameworks. Analyse and interpret complex data to inform operational performance, strategic planning, and benchmarking, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. Drive accurate and timely reporting, both internal and external, aligning with regulatory, funding, and performance requirements. Develop, implement, and communicate data policies and best practices while resolving discrepancies to maintain high-quality, reliable data. Resolve data quality issues efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate correction of discrepancies. About you Proven expertise in managing, validating, and maintaining high-quality clinical or activity-based data within complex environments. Strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to enhance data quality and understanding across clinical and operational teams. Skilled in translating complex data into clear, meaningful insights for decision-making and reporting. Demonstrated capability to manage competing priorities while driving process and system improvements.
