About the CompanyOur client is an established holding company in Dubai and is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to own and execute a long term legacy system transformation.

About the RoleThis role requires a hands-on technical lead capable of extracting, mapping, and cleansing legacy ERP database structures and managing automated load cycles into a modern, next-generation enterprise platform.

• ResponsibilitiesDefine the end-to-end migration framework, data cleansing protocols, field-level mapping rules, and validation guidelines across multiple group entities.
• Collaborate with database administrators to query, profile, and sanitize legacy core database structures (Financials, Supply Chain, and HR).
• Lead end-to-end loading cycles including mock runs and cutover deployment utilizing automated migration tools, transformation software, or specialized ETL frameworks.
• Build automated reconciliation mechanisms to audit data integrity, completeness, and accuracy between source and target systems.
• Partner with external implementation vendors and internal stakeholders to validate target data models and secure formal cutover sign-offs.

• Qualifications8+ years of dedicated data migration leadership, specifically driving large-scale migrations from legacy enterprise platforms (e.g., Oracle EBS R12) to modern cloud/ERP platforms.
• Advanced SQL expertise, deep familiarity with core legacy business module schemas (FIN, SCM, HCM), and strong functional knowledge of modern ERP data models.
• Direct experience with enterprise ETL/data tools (e.g., migration cockpits, data transformation platforms, or specialized ETL toolsets).
• Exceptional analytical mindset with the communication skills needed to drive business data ownership and direct technical teams.
