Description

Job description • Communication with Clients, OEM (manufacturers) and other Titan Teams (Australia and other Global markets). • Obtaining and understanding requirements to configure databases from the front and back end tailored to the customers' requirements. • Communication with OEM (manufacturers) and third parties to obtain requirements/credentials to set up interfaces. • Use Project Management Software to follow up and make sure that all steps in the project are completed before go-live. • Utilise SQL (both pre-written and ad hoc statements) to setup/maintain interfacing and assisting with the data migration validation process to ensure best outcome for the customer. • Provide post-data conversion validation outcome to ensure that the data conversion is completed successfully. • Report/Escalate issues identified to the team leader, DBA team and/or project manager. • Escalate and reproduction of software issues for the development team. Job requirements Technical Attributes: • Good communication skills in English- both writing and speaking. • Intermediate level in Japanese language (reading, writing). • Familiar with Microsoft office suite. • Attention to detail. • Have a “can-do” attitude. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Have investigating and problem-solving skills. • Ability to “Think outside of the Box”. Preferred Attributes: • Experience in the Automotive industry (Vehicles/Trucks or Scooters). • Experience in General Accounting. • Experience in Automotive accounting. • Experience using Project Management software. • Experience in Data Migration or Data Entry. • Have interest in Information Technology/ Automotive industry

Responsibilities

The Data Migration Consultant will communicate with clients and teams to gather requirements for database configuration and ensure successful data migration. They will also validate data conversion outcomes and report any issues to the relevant teams.
