A3 Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Data Migration & ETL Engineer to execute a critical phase of a major DoD Insider Threat program. This position will be the hands-on expert responsible for the analysis, mapping, and migration of vital data from a legacy system into a new, custom-built application on the ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) platform. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in a data engineering, ETL, or data migration role.
• Direct, hands-on experience with large-scale data migration into the ServiceNow platform, including deep knowledge of Import Sets, Transform Maps, and the ServiceNow data model.
• Proven experience working with ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS).
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Proven experience extracting data from relational databases (especially PostgreSQL).
• Strong scripting skills, particularly in Python, for data manipulation and automation.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience using ServiceNow Integration Hub for ETL processes.
• Familiarity with DoD data standards and policies.
• Knowledge of federal records management requirements (NARA).
• Experience migrating data for case management or analytical systems.
