We’ve cast our net for a Data Migration Lead to take ownership of our migration processes as we help recruitment businesses across the globe make a seamless switch to Firefish.
This is a high-impact role in our Implementation team, combining hands-on SQL and SSIS expertise with mentoring, planning, and continuous improvement. You’ll lead complex migration projects from a variety of software systems and use your passion for evolving technology to help shape how we scale our service as we grow.

Responsibilities

YOU’LL FIND THIS ROLE EXCITING IF:

  • You enjoy leading and delivering client data migrations using SQL and SSIS, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery
  • You want to own technical scoping and planning of migrations, working closely with internal teams
  • You’re always looking for ways to improve existing tools and internal scripts to support automation, efficiency, and accuracy
  • You’re a Detective Data who enjoys investigating system behaviours, using your technical expertise to analyse and identify data-related issues and resolutions
