KEY INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven relevant experience (5+ years) in leading data migration projects, preferably in ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle Cloud Fusion ).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Fusion data models, structures, and integration points.
• Understanding of Data Migration tools and methodologies ( e.g OIC, Boomi ).
• Proficiency in data profiling, cleansing, and validation techniques.
• Solid knowledge of legacy system data structures and migration complexities.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Oracle certification or relevant experience in ERP implementation projects (Desirable)
• Experience in cloud-based data migrations and integration tools (Desirable)
