Responsibilities

Lead data migration delivery for D365 CRM, F&O, BC, and beyond
Design and build robust ETL pipelines using SSIS, ADF, KingswaySoft
Translate business needs into clean, actionable migration plans
Guide teams, mentor engineers, and ensure technical excellence
Work closely with delivery managers and clients to keep projects on track
Improve internal tooling and drive innovation across the data service
