Essentials:

• Experience in ERP, EPM and cloud computing (including storage, platforms and data) or equivalent
• Data migration experience with Workday Financials
• Ideally, Workday Finance or equivalent certified
• Be able to plan and deliver the scope and deliverables of the team
• Manage stakeholders using clear communications and be able to form strong client relationships
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of risk in relation to ERP delivery projects
• Work effectively within an inclusive team and actively support the development of individuals and teams, both formally and informally
• Experience of at least two end to end Workday implementations

Desirables:

• Finance or equivalent background
• Comfortable talking about technical issues with business people and business issues with technical people
• Able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences
• Ability to craft a compelling message and tailor it for a given audience, combining technical expertise with simple, everyday language to deliver a story
• Demonstrated business domain and/ or industry knowledge
• Ability to work well with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and clients
• Effective cross-functional project management, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and self-direction
• Experience in consulting or professional services or equivalent

• Engaging in both advisory and delivery projects, supporting the full lifecycle of Workday delivery projects
• Working with our clients to develop their overall data migration strategy to support the migration of their legacy data to their new Workday system
• Executing the full data migration lifecycle, leading a combined Deloitte and client team to extract, transform and load data to the new system
• Having a clear understanding of the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive cultur
