ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking 3 skilled Data Mining and Process Mapping Consultants for an in-depth analysis of global Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, with a focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and invoicing. The selected candidates will lead the evaluation of procurement and finance workflows, delivering a roadmap of improvement opportunities using a process mining tool and associated services.

Project Scope:

• Duration: Approximately 3 months.
• Data Sources: Coupa, SAP, and Salesforce systems.

Objectives:

• Identify process challenges, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
• Validate findings through data-driven insights.
• Formulate and present a roadmap of improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis:
• Conduct detailed evaluations of current S2P processes.
• Uncover inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Data Management:
• Upload and manage data within the process mining tool (real-time connectors are not in scope).
• Solution Delivery:
• Provide both the software solution and expertise for comprehensive process mining analysis.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Validate findings and recommendations with internal teams.
• Reporting:
• Deliver a report outlining issues, insights, and proposed improvements aligned with project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in process mining, data mining, data engineering, and process mapping.
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with leading process mining tools.
• Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of S2P, particularly P2P and invoicing workflows.
• Data Privacy: Familiarity with GDPR compliance and standard privacy requirements.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in deriving actionable insights from multiple systems.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex findings.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: 650,00kr. - 680,00kr. per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
