Responsibilities
  • Deep experience in data modelling/architecture
  • Hands on experience in cloud service providers and/or data platforms, such as, AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks or Snowflake
  • Knowledge of ETL, reporting & analytics, data governance, security and AI/ML toolsets and how these interact with data modelling outcomes.
  • Experience with Big Data, Data Warehousing, Data Architectures and Enterprise data services within complex environments.
  • Experience delivering data models, specifically (logical, conceptual & physical).
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more of Kimball, Inmon, Vault, Mesh modelling methodologies.
  • Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
  • Ability to translate business needs into solution requirements and use them to design data models for future state that deliver to Australian Unity strategic objectives
