Your tasks

We are looking for you as a “Data Modelling Specialist (m/f/d)”.This position will be part of the Tires Sector and will have the following responsibilities:

  • Development of an overall data model for purchasing related data
  • Ensure consistency of existing and future solutions with this data model
  • Enhancement of the data model based on business requirements
  • Definition of a data catalogue describing the source and content of data elements used in purchasing applications
  • Assure availability, correctness and consistency of data content in purchasing applications in cooperation with IT
  • Continuous monitoring and improvement of data consistency within purchasing applications
  • Provide support for existing applications and new projects in relation to data usage & interfaces
  • Create and maintain training documentation and conduct user trainings
  • Communication with internal stakeholders
  • Supporting users within purchasing community
  • Develop ideas to enhance the usability and effective usage of data within the purchasing organization

Your profile

  • University degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent field
  • Several years of professional experience in system database design & implementation
  • Several years of experience onworking on data (base) management
  • Experience in working in international teams
  • Very good handling of MS Office software
  • Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Very good communication skills
  • International experience and Intercultural sensibility
  • Self-assured manner & good understanding of Purchasing processes
  • High sense of ownership.

This position is being recruited for the Tires sector and will be transferred to Tires on April 1st.
