Responsibilities

We are looking for a Data Officer to join our Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) Team. If you are a detail oriented, customer focused professional who can help us to manage large datasets associated with our alumni community in an efficient and effective manner, then we would love to hear from you!

The successful candidate will:

  • work with colleagues from across DAR to import and maintain alumni data held in the University’s database (Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT), ensuring continuous compliance with relevant legislation.
  • work in collaboration with the Database Manager to maintain data quality and integrity, running regular data clean up processes.
  • liaise with stakeholders from across the University to manage their requests for data support.
  • train new users in Raiser’s Edge NXT and provide an exceptional level of ongoing support for users

For more details, please take a look at the role profile. We’ll still consider applications even if you don’t meet every single one of the requirements, so don’t be put off if you don’t match them perfectly.
