This role sits at the intersection of data analysis and client support within our Verimus team, offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute across both technical and customer-facing functions. This role will see you:

• Support business decision-making through advanced spreadsheet analysis and data cleansing.
• Design and maintain insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools.
• Coordinate client onboarding, including platform setup and data imports, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for internal processes and client configurations.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external software vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data workflows and onboarding scalability.
