ABOUT THE JOB

Loopback Analytics is currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Operation Analyst. He/she will work directly with the Data Operation team to establish and maintain data flows between Loopback Analytics and its clients. You will be responsible for maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot data issues, optimize workflows, and contribute to the success of key projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL and Python and a passion for ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency. Experience with HealthCare data will be a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good understanding of data management principles, data integration and data quality
  • Proficiency in working with relational databases, NoSQL databases, data warehouses
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Databricks and Snowflake
  • Experience working with ETL pipelines (processing and transforming raw data into usable formats)
  • Experience working with healthcare data
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with data ingestion, data integration or data quality processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Support daily data ingestion processes for business continuity and maximum delivery of services.
  • Support multiple data feeds and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Analyze and resolve data related problem tickets.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data continuity and integrity across systems.
  • Monitor, maintain and optimize Loopback internal data integration tools and processes.
  • Work effectively with and support multiple departments within the company.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to track the performance and health of data ingestion processes.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Document data operations processes, data flows, and resolution playbooks.
