Responsabilidades • Maneja los Softwares del departamento a un nivel medio. • Es capaz de modificar adaptar un reporte de acuerdo a las solicitudes recibidas Mediante Salesforce (Minor Changes) • Generar los reportes asignados para su entrega a clientes externos/internos • Revisa la consistencia de los datos de acuerdo a los estándares de calidad que rigen el área. • Asegura que se cumplan los tiempos de entrega de los reportes asignados establecidos. • Mantiene el playbook de generación de reportes actualizado Qualifications Dentro del perfil que estamos buscando requerimos una persona apasionada con los datos, que tenga formación numérica o un perfil informático ya que para generar reportes requerimos un buen manejo de herramientas como excel y SQL. Requisitos • Carrera concluida en Informática, Sistemas, Marketing, Administración o afin. • Capaz de realizar/modificar cuestiones básicas de reportes • Amplio conocimiento en office. • Capaz de detectar fallas en un reporte determinado • Capaz de detectar oportunidades en automatización • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita • Manejo de trabajo bajo presión • Capaz de dimensionar sus cargas mensuales • Administración de tiempo • Ingles • Conocimiento en programación macros o visual basic.
