Role Overview- ***This is a temp ML Replacement for 8 months*** The Data Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient execution and optimization of Vidazoo’s ad marketplace operations. This role combines technical execution, analytical problem-solving, and campaign optimization. The Analyst will be responsible for monitoring delivery performance, troubleshooting operational issues, supporting partner integrations, and driving improvements through A/B testing and performance insights. This is an execution and analysis-focused role — ideal for someone with industry experience who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working with data, and can collaborate across teams to ensure marketplace stability and growth. Key Responsibilities Monitoring & Troubleshooting Review dashboards and alerts daily to track campaign delivery, fill rates, latency, and revenue performance. Investigate anomalies, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate systemic problems when needed. Ensure smooth operational workflows and minimize campaign disruptions. System Setup & Configuration Configure and maintain tags, scenarios, domains, and demand partner entities in the system. Perform QA checks to validate correct rendering, routing, and partner connectivity. Integration Support & QA Support demand partner integrations by creating entities, validating traffic flow, and running discrepancy checks. Ensure seamless onboarding of new partners with accurate setup and performance validation. A/B Testing & Optimization Design and execute A/B tests to optimize campaign and marketplace performance. Analyze test outcomes, extract insights, and recommend changes to drive efficiency and revenue growth. Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders for ongoing operational improvement. Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with product, supply, and demand teams to resolve delivery and monetization issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to align on business goals and objectives. Share insights and findings proactively to support strategic decision-making. Ideal Candidate 1-2 years of experience in ad operations, programmatic advertising, or data operations. Familiarity with common industry protocols like OpenRTB, PreBid etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Hands-on technical skills with ad tech platforms (tag setup, troubleshooting, discrepancy checks) - nice to have Experience running and analyzing A/B tests. High proficiency in Excel (statistical tests, Pivot, VLOOKUP) and comfort working with large datasets. Client-focused mindset with strong communication skills to work across internal and external teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and prioritization skills. Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive in learning and problem-solving.
