As a Data Operations Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely data integration for large-scale healthcare solutions. You will be responsible for preparing, validating, and maintaining data pipelines that support enterprise clients across multiple platforms. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure data quality, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support smooth ETL processes. Accountabilities: Prepare, clean, and validate healthcare data from multiple sources to support integration workflows. Perform quality checks and run validation scripts to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Assist in maintaining ETL pipelines, including data uploads, monitoring processes, and escalating issues when necessary. Maintain clear and detailed process documentation to ensure consistency and repeatability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer success, data engineering, product management, and clinical operations to ensure accurate and timely data processing. Continuously learn and apply knowledge of healthcare data standards, privacy regulations, and automation tools. Basic understanding of data processing and data quality principles. Hands-on experience writing SQL queries to extract and analyze data. Strong communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset to maintain documentation and support troubleshooting. Problem-solving skills with an interest in identifying data issues and supporting process improvements. Growth-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 1–2 years of experience in a data-related or operations role preferred.
