For more information, visit www.gf.com. Introduction: We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Data & Analytics Operations Leader to oversee and scale our global data operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring 24x7x365 operational excellence across cloud and on-prem data platforms, driving incident resolution, service request fulfillment, and continuous improvement in data reliability and performance. Your Job: Lead global data operations teams supporting manufacturing and enterprise data assets, lead and liaison with AMS vender partner(s). Oversee L1/L2/L3 support for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery across platforms (AWS, Redshift, PySpark, EMR, Ab Initio, etc.). Drive operational KPIs including uptime, latency, and SLA adherence. Collaborate with Data Product Design and Build leads to ensure seamless handoffs and production readiness. Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and preventive action planning. Partner with IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to align on support models and escalation protocols. Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data support engineers and analysts. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in data operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing global teams and 24x7 support models. Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks.
