Job Summary As a Senior Associate in Regulatory Reporting Data, you ensure data used in regulatory submissions meets high standards of conformity, accuracy, and overall quality. You support a multi‑year strategic controls roadmap by maintaining and improving data sourcing processes, building and tuning data quality rules, and managing control breaks through to resolution. You collaborate across data, technology, and reporting partners to identify issues, implement sustainable fixes, and raise the standard of data governance and transparency. Job Responsibilities * Manage and monitor data quality for regulatory reporting; design, implement, and refine data quality rules and controls. * Maintain and improve sourcing processes to enhance lineage, timeliness, and accuracy of upstream data. * Triage, investigate, and resolve control breaks; document root causes and implement preventative actions. * Build repeatable processes and documentation for data flows, controls, and exception handling. * Partner with data producers, technology, and reporting teams to align requirements and remediation plans. * Develop reporting and dashboards that track data quality metrics, control health, and remediation progress. * Contribute to the strategic controls roadmap and continuous improvement backlog. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills * Strong data analysis and problem‑solving skills with a quality‑first mindset. * Experience supporting data quality and controls in regulated or reporting‑intensive environments. * Working knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel; willingness to upskill in Alteryx, Tableau, and related tools. * Experience documenting processes and data flows; ability to produce clear runbooks and control procedures. * Inclusive teamwork and communication skills; ability to collaborate across levels and functions. * Curiosity and a challenger mindset with the confidence to question assumptions and propose improvements.
