OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Data & Operations Specialist to take ownership of product data management and operational workflows within our eCommerce business. This role blends hands-on data entry with data management, reporting, and team coordination, ensuring the smooth running of product and operational processes.
You will act as the bridge between the eCommerce Coordinator, Operations Assistants, and Product Listing team, overseeing the accuracy of product data, managing workflows, and ensuring operational efficiency across departments. This role is ideal for someone who has strong data entry experience but is ready to step up into a more specialist and leadership-focused position.

EXPERIENCE

  • 2-4 years of experience in a data-driven role, ideally within eCommerce, retail, or operations.
  • Proven track record in high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Previous involvement in operations support, product data management, or product listing processes.
  • Hands-on experience using Excel/Google Sheets for data processing, reporting, and analysis.
  • Exposure to team coordination or task oversight (mentoring, delegating, or supporting other staff members)

Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of product data across platforms and internal systems.
  • Manage and oversee the work of Operations Assistants, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Work closely with the eCommerce Coordinator to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support product launches or promotions.
  • Collaborate with the Product Listing team to ensure product information, pricing, and stock data are accurate and compliant.
  • Conduct regular data checks, audits, and quality assurance to maintain a high level of accuracy across systems.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making and business performance tracking.
  • Take ownership of cross-team projects involving product data, promotions, and process improvements.
